Job Description

• Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
• Active, unencumbered BCBA Certification
• Active, unencumbered MA LABA
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passionate about impacting the lives of children & families through ABA Therapy
• Driven to continue to support, develop, and mentor Behavior Technicians

Compensation Package

• Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
• Bonus opportunities

Schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
