Job Description

• Oversee clinical evaluations for clients of all ages and families
• Provide direct care to clients and families
• Summarize findings and treatment plans in accordance with RVCC standards and present to the multidisciplinary case disposition team
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions
• Provide supervision and support to clinical staff, including regular supervision sessions
• Monitor staff performance to ensure adherence to clinical policies and procedures
• Mediate staff complaints and grievances and collaborate with HR as needed
• Engage in research, program development, and quality assurance activities
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in client records and referral forms
• Provide crisis care when necessary
• Attend and conduct regular staff meetings
• Ensure timely completion of staff evaluations

Requirements

• A Master's degree in human services, counseling, clinical psychology, or social work
• At least three years of experience as a therapist, with at least one year of supervisory experience
• Current Massachusetts LICSW required
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and crisis intervention skills
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of legal and ethical issues in the profession
• Ability to foster a supportive and collaborative team environment
