Riverside Dental Group and Dental Associate offices, Inland Empire's premiere dental practice, has 6 locations. We have been established in our community for over 40 years. Come and join an established and continuously growing dental practice! Our multi-private practice is looking for highly motivated RDAs. We have a full-time opportunity available in our Temecula location. This position requires a friendly personality, team-work mindset, and the ability to multi-task. Valid CPR and CA RDA license required. At least two years of prior experience preferred.

Job Description

• Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and managing instruments.
• Prepare and sterilize dental equipment and tools following aseptic techniques.
• Take and develop X-rays while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and optimal patient care.

Requirements

• At least two years of dental assisting experience.
• Valid X-Ray Certification.
• Valid RDA License.
