    Service Line Division Head Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)

    Rochester Regional Health (RRH) is seeking a visionary and accomplished physiatrist to serve as the Service Line Division Head of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), a system-wide leadership role guiding inpatient, outpatient, and interventional rehabilitation services across 8 hospitals and a 12-county service area in Upstate New York.     Job Description

    • Lead an integrated PM&R service line encompassing inpatient rehab, outpatient clinics, and interventional pain programs.
    • Guide expansion efforts and system-level coordination across 8 hospitals and numerous outpatient sites.
    • Provide clinical, strategic, and operational leadership across all PM&R services.
    • Lead interdisciplinary collaboration with Neurology, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, and Behavioral Health.
    • Strengthen post-acute transitions, expand outpatient rehab services, and enhance interventional capabilities.
    • Drive value-based care initiatives, operational efficiency, and system integration.
    • Champion quality outcomes, care standardization, and innovation across the continuum.

    Requirements

    • Board-Certified Physiatrist (MD or DO).
    • Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience.
    • Strategic thinker with experience integrating rehabilitation services across a large system.
    • Success leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
    • Familiarity with value-based care models; MBA or MHA preferred.
    • Servant leadership mindset, strong communicator, and team-builder.
