Nurse Practitioner

Spine Fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon seeks to add a full-time Nurse Practitioner to his team. The Nurse Practitioner will support this Spine Surgeon in the clinic. They will run their own orthopedic clinic seeing both new and follow-up patients. The group has a state-of-the-art ASC, Physical Therapy Center, Pain Management Center, and a modern medical complex. The hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (40 hours per week) with no weekends or call.

Job Description

• Office/Clinic new patient evaluations and follow-up
• There is no call
• Injections (trigger point, cortisone, and Botox)
• Will run a clinic
• Will refer for surgical consult and/or interventional procedure
• Pre and post procedure H&Ps
• Writing scripts and patient education
• Evaluate X-ray, CT scan, and MRI

Requirements

• Some experience preferred but willing to train
