Hospitalist

Rural Physicians Group (RPG) is a mission-driven hospitalist group that provides a solution to the healthcare crisis facing rural communities across the United States, and we want you to join us. RPG offers opportunities that allow hospitalists to provide quality care while maintaining clinical autonomy with flexible scheduling options. Additionally, there are no relocation requirements; hospitalists simply travel to our program locations and stay for the duration of their shifts.

Job Description

• RPG hospitalists manage their own work/life balance and choose as many or as few shifts as they would like, with full-time physicians earning $350K-$500K each year with a competitive daily stipend.
• Hospitalists keep their own billings and have malpractice insurance covered by RPG.
• After joining the Rural Physicians Group and completing our physician assessment process, we work with you to find hospitals and schedules that fit your needs.
• Typically, you will be one of 3 or 4 rotating full-time hospitalists that provide care.
• As the sole hospitalist on the clock during your shift, you will be on call 24-hours during your assignment, staying on site in comfortable quarters.
