Job Description

• Provide anesthesia services to a diverse patient population across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Participate in call coverage, with fair and balanced scheduling to ensure a manageable workload between your own cases and team-based care
• Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) - candidates will perform outpatient surgical procedures, often with a lifestyle-focused schedule that excludes nights, weekends, and on-call responsibilities
• Support quality assurance, utilization review, and clinical improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with CRNAs and colleagues in a rotation of back-up anesthesia coverage
• Engage in a supportive and collegial environment with opportunities for professional growth
• Regional skills are preferred

Requirements

• The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $575,000 to $700,000+ per year.
• The compensation offered is a productivity-based model that provides great flexibility and allows candidates to perform their own cases as well as participate in team care.
