    Job Description

    • Implement, direct, communicate, and document the nursing process in accordance with current established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act.
    • Act as a patient advocate who provides a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.
    • Work 4/10's (7:00 am - 5:30 pm) and require call one weekday per week and holiday rotation with a 30-minute response time.

    Requirements

    • Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program.
    • Licensure: RN Indiana License. CPR certification on hire or able to attain within 60 days.
    • Experience: 6+ months of OR RN experience required at this time.
