Job Description

• Provide occupational therapy services for habilitation, rehabilitation, and health promotion, addressing physical, cognitive, sensory, and psychosocial aspects of performance.
• Facilitate mental health screenings, assessments, and treatment planning to support patient care.
• Design, implement, and modify therapeutic interventions to maximize functional independence and reduce the need for intensive care.
• Engage in discharge planning, ensuring patients are equipped for continued success post-treatment.
• Maintain accurate records, comply with hospital requirements, and supervise aides and assistants as needed.

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapist licensure and relevant experience.
• Current, active Occupational Therapist License in Colorado or a permit from the licensing board while awaiting licensure exam.
• Current CPR Certification.
