HRRMC's Rehab Department is on the lookout for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide personalized care for pediatric patients, helping them achieve their physical therapy goals and reach their full potential.

Job Description

• Evaluate patients with impairments and create personalized intervention plans to improve their physical function and quality of life.
• Develop and implement strategies to prevent injuries and disabilities while promoting overall fitness and health.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver top-tier care in preventive, acute, and rehabilitative settings.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to support staff and actively participate in discharge planning.

Requirements

• A licensed Physical Therapist passionate about pediatric care.
• A problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• A proactive communicator who addresses concerns and contributes positively to the team.
• The Physical Therapist must have completed training in accordance with minimum essential for physical therapy schools as prescribed by the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association.
• Must graduate from an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy.
• Must be a member or eligible for membership in the American Physical Therapy Association or American Registry of Physical Therapy, and must hold an active license for the state of Colorado.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• Current, active Physical Therapist licensure for Colorado or a permit from the licensing board while awaiting licensure examination.
• Current CPR Certification.
