Job Description
- Provide direct care to inpatients and outpatients with acute and chronic cardiopulmonary conditions.
- Serve patients across all age groups, from neonates to geriatrics, in a variety of care settings, including acute care, urgent care, sub-acute care, sleep labs, and clinics.
- Utilize critical thinking skills and advanced knowledge to deliver high-quality, independent care.
- Perform a wide range of respiratory therapy duties, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes and overall wellness.

Requirements
- Demonstrated high level of detail orientation to ensure accuracy in care and documentation.
- Proficiency in state-of-the-art office technology, including the Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, tact, discretion, and integrity.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively, with adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Strong resourcefulness and problem-solving skills in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Education and Experience
- Certification or registry as a Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) from a recognized college or technical school.
- One year of experience preferred but not required—new graduates are encouraged to apply!
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
- Maintain a current, active license as a Respiratory Therapist in the State of Colorado.
- Maintain certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
- New hires without NRP certification will be highly encouraged to complete the next available course and obtain certification within one year of employment.
