    Due to growing market demands, Salina Regional Health Center is now seeking an additional BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon to round out our team. Have the ability to practice a wide breadth of Orthopedics including Implants, Arthroscopy & Trauma. Salina has a population of 50,000 but pulls in patients from a region of 250,000 people.

    Job Description:

    • Operate 300-400+ surgical cases per year
      • Block OR scheduling
      • Stryker Mako Robotics
    • Work in new clinic space with partners specializing in general and trauma
      • Additional APP dedicated to weekday rounding and responding to ER calls
      • Supportive hospital administration
    • Comprehensive sports medicine program with contracts in place to cover four local colleges and five high schools
      • Large referral base; SRHC employs 24 primary care physicians in four communities
    • Clinic is next door to the hospital, making life convenient for surgeon
    • Salina is home to KU School of Medicine-Salina and Smoky Hill Family Medicine Residency
    • Open to J1 and H1 Visa candidates who have completed an American residency
      • SRHC qualifies under the Federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program
