Therapist LSW/LPC, LISW/LPCC & Associate

The Therapist II functions as a member of a treatment team, which may consist of staff with a variety of mental health, education, or medical backgrounds. The therapist assists the treatment team to plan and deliver clinical services, case coordination, intervention, consultation, and/or education services to children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Job Description

• Plan and deliver clinical services as part of a treatment team
• Provide case coordination, intervention, consultation, and education services to various age groups

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant social science field
• Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Training and experience in the types of services provided by the team, with age-appropriate competency, using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5 or subsequent revisions)
