Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Description:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Prepare and administer medications
• Perform routine charting and documentation duties
• Ensure residents' total regimens of care are maintained

Requirements:

• Licensed by the State of Ohio
• Experience in a nursing capacity in a senior living setting is helpful but not required
• Must work well within a team

Shift Details:

• Full-Time Days: 7a-7p
• Full-Time Nights: 7p-7a
• Part-Time Shifts: 3p-11p, 11p-7a, 7a-7p, 7p-7a
• Shift Differential: $3/HR for 7p-7a and 3p-11p

Compensation:

• Pay rate: $26.00 up to $28.00 per hour
