    Licensed Mental Health Counselor

    We are currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to see patients at our Bigfork, MN clinic. This position will work closely with our mental health and primary care providers to create a true healthcare home. Onsite therapy and telehealth therapy will be provided to patients. Qualified candidates who are a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) are preferred. A Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) will be considered.

    Job Description

    • Assist patients of all ages with the management of substance abuse and mental health issues, as well as social service needs.
    • Provide counseling services and collaborate with primary care providers who are on-site, as well as local health and human services, community resources, referral resources, and assistance programs.
    • Focus on patient care rather than production due to Scenic Rivers Health Services being a Federally Qualified Health Center.
    • Utilize GE Centricity, our fully implemented EHR product, for all documentation, with training provided for mental health documentation.

    Requirements

    • Credentials: LICSW preferred; LPCC and LGSW will be considered.
    • Current or eligible for MN License.
    • Must provide services to patients of all ages with experience in managing substance abuse.
