Job Description

• Assist residents with daily living activities, fostering their independence and well-being
• Work alongside RNs, LPNs, and other caregivers to provide exceptional resident care

Requirements

• Certified in the state of Pennsylvania
• Compassionate and dedicated to providing high-quality care
• Excellent team players with strong communication skills
• Patient and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Benefits

• Competitive wages up to $26.50 per hour (not including shift differentials)
• Base pay up to $26.50/hour
• $3 shift differential on 2nd shift during the week, $5 on the weekends
• $2 shift differential on 3rd shift during the week and $4 on the weekends
• $2 shift differential on 1st shift weekends only
