    Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

    Senior LIFE is currently seeking LPNs to fill a full-time position at Senior LIFE. The ideal candidate will hold a current state of Pennsylvania LPN license, valid driver's license, and must have one year's experience working specifically with an elderly or aging population.

    Job Description

    • Provide high-quality nursing care to members, as prescribed by the physician and approved care plan
    • Implement care and other services following a thorough member assessment and approved plan initiated by the RN
    • Provide accurate and timely documentation of all member services to reflect approved care plans

    Requirements

    • Must have a current state of Pennsylvania LPN License
    • Must have a valid Driver's License
