Job Description

• Have a passion for helping people
• Care for the same individuals each day, becoming part of their extended community family
• Assist in maintaining the physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interest of residents
• Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and document responses to care plans
• Administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room, and adhere to company systems, procedures, and processes

Requirements

• Possess a Practical Nursing License to practice in the state of Pennsylvania
• New grads welcome
