We are currently seeking qualified Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to add to our team of professionals. Job Description
- Have a passion for helping people
- Care for the same individuals each day, becoming part of their extended community family
- Assist in maintaining the physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interest of residents
- Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and document responses to care plans
- Administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room, and adhere to company systems, procedures, and processes
Requirements
- Possess a Practical Nursing License to practice in the state of Pennsylvania
- New grads welcome
