In this role, you'll perform advanced diagnostic imaging procedures to support accurate patient diagnoses and treatments. Job Description:

• Conduct CT scans, position patients properly, and adjust equipment settings to ensure safety and comfort.
• Collect and verify patient information, explain procedures, and address any questions or concerns.
• Use CT scanners and tools like power injectors to capture detailed, high-quality diagnostic images.
• Work with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to tailor imaging protocols for the best outcomes.
• Review and ensure image accuracy, correcting any artifacts or technical issues as needed.
• Determine the need for additional imaging and consult with radiologists for accurate diagnosis.
• Maintain precise records of each procedure, including imaging parameters and any incidents.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a sterile and safe work environment.
• Stay current with advancements in CT technology and imaging techniques.

Requirements:

• BLS Certification (required).
• ARRT Certification (required).
• 2+ years of experience as a CT Technologist.
• NY License
