Job Description:

• Perform diagnostic imaging: Conduct mammography exams following established protocols to ensure high-quality, diagnostically accurate images.
• Patient preparation: Explain procedures, address concerns, and ensure patient comfort throughout the process.
• Positioning expertise: Position patients effectively to capture clear and precise breast images.
• Equipment management: Operate and maintain mammography equipment, ensuring functionality and performing routine maintenance checks.
• Collaborative care: Work closely with radiologists and other healthcare providers to review images and provide accurate assessments.
• Quality control: Evaluate images for accuracy and make necessary adjustments for optimal results.
• Compliance & safety: Follow all radiation safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment.

Requirements:

• ARRT Certification (required).
• BLS Certification (required).
• 2+ years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting as a Mammography Technologist.
