    Job Description

    • Deliver high-quality nursing care, training, and medical support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), brain injuries, behavioral health needs, or co-occurring conditions.
    • Monitor health conditions and ensure all individuals receive consistent, compassionate support aligned with their Individual Service Plans (ISPs).
    • Administer medications, document care accurately, and oversee direct support staff in safe medication administration.
    • Provide health and safety training to staff members in areas such as infection control, universal precautions, and medication procedures.
    • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and community partners to coordinate holistic care and advocacy.
    • Educate and empower individuals served through personalized health training, including topics such as self-medication, wellness, and prevention.

    Requirements

    • Associate's Degree in Nursing or related field
    • One year of nursing experience serving individuals with disabilities or similar populations
    • Current Missouri LPN/LVN licensure
    • Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance
    • Certifications as required by state guidelines (CPR/First Aid, BBP, etc.)
