Job Description

• Provide compassionate and reliable private duty home care
• Deliver patient-focused outcomes from the comfort and independence of home
• Match your schedule needs with our patients' needs as best as possible
• Engage in personalized assistance 24 hours a day with on-call staff from our clinical and operational leadership

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Proficient in catheterization, basic life support, EMR, and EHR systems
• Skilled in patient care, assessment, and tube feeding
• Knowledge of physiology and HIPAA regulations
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations and developmental disabilities
• Private duty nursing experience is a plus
• Bonus points for experience with IV infusion and triage
