Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Job Title: Nurse Practitioner Contractor

Job Description:

• Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members
• Focus on a person's overall health and well-being, identifying potential barriers to care
• Earn between $2,500 to $4,000 weekly (average 6-9 visits daily, base rate of $80 per completed assessment)
• Increase per-visit rate up to 135% with Market Multiplier
• Earn additional compensation via pay-per-test model
• Shifts available Monday - Sunday (no nights/weekends required)
• Short-term or long-term basis
• Pre-scheduled in-home visits with health plan members
• Airfare, hotel, and rental car available (depending on eligibility)
• Malpractice coverage
• Availability incentives for completing five appointments per day
• Independent contractor, 1099 status
• Flexible schedule
• State license required

Requirements:

• Master's degree (required)
• Missouri Nurse Practitioner License (preferred)
• Willingness to travel: 50% (preferred)
• Ability to relocate to St. Louis, MO (Saint Louis County) before starting work (required)
