Job Description

• Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.
• Perform medication and medical history reviews, as well as physical evaluations in a health plan member's home.
• Increase your per-visit rate up to 200% with our Market Multiplier.
• Earn additional compensation via our pay-per-test model for visits where the health plan member qualifies for additional diagnostic and preventive tests.
• Shifts available Monday - Sunday (no nights/weekends required).
• Pre-scheduled visits in-home with health plan members.
• Malpractice coverage provided.
• Maintain a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• State license required.
• Master's degree (required).
• New York Nurse Practitioner License (preferred).
• Ability to relocate to New York, NY (Queens County) before starting work (required).
• Willingness to travel 50% (preferred).
