Job Description

• Provide excellent care to seniors in a variety of settings including independent living, assisted living, rehab, and long-term care.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to ensure the highest quality of care for residents.

Requirements

• Active RN/LPN license in good standing on the Wisconsin Registry.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test.
