Job Description

• Thrive in a collaborative environment alongside two experienced physicians, MAs, nurses, and a supportive clinical staff.
• Benefit from an excellent work-life balance, with a Monday-Thursday only schedule focused on outpatient care. No call duties and ample time off.
• Responsible for clinical management of follow-up and post-hospitalization patients, patient education, and responding to patient questions on a variety of medical issues.
• This is a hospital-employed position with support from our in-house primary and specialty care referral base.
• Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of practice experience. Nephrology experience highly preferred.
• Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license.
• The ideal candidate will place a priority on quality of care, patient experience, and collaboration.
• Our ideal candidate will be focused on building lasting relationships with their patients as well as strong ties within the community.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary range: $119,910-133,656 DOE, plus RVU for an opportunity to exceed your base.
