    RN / LPN Regional Clinical Liaison

    Job Description:

    • Work with our physician development team throughout multiple regions in the United States
    • Collaborate with a rapidly growing mobile surgical physician wound care group
    • Develop and manage clinical accounts alongside Physicians and Sales Team
    • Support SWC providers across the United States
    • Build and manage productive practices for assigned providers through account acquisition and patient growth
    • Regional travel required daily

    Responsibilities:

    • Acquire new clinical accounts
    • Meet and exceed new sales targets
    • Grow existing clinical accounts by ensuring full patient visits
    • Coordinate logistical plans for physician SNF service relationships
    • Assist in hiring A-level Providers
    • Manage overall brand message
    • Achieve revenue growth according to expansion/growth plan
    • Perform hands-on clinical responsibilities in skilled nursing facilities
    • Meet Key Performance Indicators to quickly develop profitable territories

    Benefits:

    • Salary range $90,000 to $110,000 plus quarterly bonus

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • LPN or RN license required
    • Experience in long-term care and wound care required
    • Must be willing to travel regionally throughout Northern California
    • Proficiency with EMR systems
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Healthcare sales preferred
    • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or Business Administration preferred
