    PRN Occupational Therapist (OT)

    We are currently seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team. This role is perfect for a flexible and skilled therapist who wants to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the freedom of PRN scheduling.

    Job Description

    • Evaluate and treat residents to improve their ability to perform daily living activities, enhance their independence, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
    • Conduct thorough evaluations of residents' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs.
    • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans focused on improving residents' functional abilities.
    • Provide therapy interventions, including training in adaptive techniques and the use of assistive devices.
    • Monitor residents' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
    • Collaborate with the care team, residents, and families to establish and support therapy goals.
    • Educate residents and their caregivers on therapeutic strategies and techniques to enhance independence.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy services, evaluations, and progress notes.
    • Adhere to all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
    • Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Colorado.
    • Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is a plus.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible PRN schedule.
