Job Description

• The RN MDS Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination of the facility Medicare, Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS), and care planning process, coordinating with MDS, DON, ADON, and Infection Control.

Requirements

• MDS management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
• Current state license to practice as a nurse.
• Current CPR certification and additional certification in nursing specialty desired.
