Anesthesiologist

SMART is working with a client in Florida, seeking an Anesthesiologist with strong pediatric experience for locum coverage. Coverage is needed as soon as credentialed and will be an ongoing need during permanent recruitment.

Job Description

• Shift times: 7 AM - 3 PM
• Call required for full-time availability (1:9 beeper and in-house call)
• Level 1 Trauma, Level 3 NICU, Pediatric ICU
• Cases include B&B, general, OB, trauma, interventional radiology, ortho, specialized ortho (limb lengthening), pediatric bariatric and adult, ophthalmology, MRI under sedation
• Complex pediatric cases, Level I adult and pediatric trauma, and high-risk OB
• No cardiac or pain cases
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS required with AHA certification
• EMR: Cerner

Requirements

• Active Florida License
• Board Certified preferred
• Pediatric Fellowship trained or Pediatric Boarded accepted
