Job Description

• Conduct comprehensive orthodontic evaluations and assessments for patients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals.
• Perform orthodontic procedures such as braces, clear aligners, and other orthodontic appliances.
• Monitor patient progress throughout the treatment process and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results.
• Educate patients and their families on proper oral hygiene practices and maintenance of orthodontic appliances.
• Collaborate with other dental professionals within the practice to ensure coordinated care and excellent patient outcomes.

Requirements

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program.
• Board certification or eligibility for board certification in orthodontics.
• Active state dental license in Ohio.
• Strong clinical skills and expertise in orthodontic procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
