    Job Description:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals, considering evidence-based practices.
    • Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in compliance with regulations and clinic policies.
    • Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and preventative care strategies.
    • Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.

    Requirements:

    • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
    • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
    • Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
