Job Description

• Provide hands-on care to the resident based on the resident Plan of Care.
• Administer medications and provide treatment to the resident based on the physician orders.
• Identify changes in the resident condition and evaluate the resident care needs.
• Strong focus on assessment skills as well as documentation skills.
• Evaluate and participate in the development of the Resident Plan of Care.
• Monitor the resident's overall condition and provide care as required while maintaining compliance with the facility policy and procedures.

Requirements

• RN or LPN in good standing.
• Prefer at least 1 year of experience.
• Current RN or LPN license in Kansas.
