Restorative Aide

Smoky Hill is looking for a Restorative Aide to join our team! This position requires a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Job Description

• Provides residents with routine restorative nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment, care plan, and as directed by supervisors.
• Ensures resident's needs are met while maintaining the highest degree of dignity.
• Documents care on Rehabilitation/Restorative flow sheet.
• Notifies restorative nurse coordinator or appropriate therapy department of any problems, referrals, or reassessments needed.
• Reports significant change in resident's condition or motivational level to the charge nurse.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing.
• Completion of a restorative nurse aide training program preferred.
• 6 months of experience in long-term care as a restorative aide preferred.
• CNA License.
