Sodexo Healthcare is seeking an inpatient PICU and NICU Registered Dietitian that is well versed in acute care to join our clinical team at Renown Regional Medical Center, located in Reno, NV. Renown Health has 800 beds and the region's only Level II Trauma Center. Start with 3 weeks' vacation and 3 personal days! Reimbursement for AND dues, state licensure fees, and CDR renewal! Money toward continuing education events! Up to $5000 tuition reimbursement annually!
Job Description
- Provide nutritional care for pediatric, PICU, and NICU inpatients
- Develop policies and procedures for the new NICU department
- Perform quality improvement initiatives such as patient satisfaction rounds and monthly test trays
- Educate healthcare team members, including physicians and nurses
- Precept dietetic interns
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian credentials and be licensed in NV
- Pediatrics experience and NICU experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management skills; be a self-starter and a team player
- Ability to work well with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff
