    Lead Mammography Technologist

    Job Description:

    The Solis team is establishing a dynamic culture of work hard, play hard and is looking for the next all-star to add to its roster.     • Responsible for the daily clinical operations of assigned centers
    • Understands, promotes, and demonstrates the Solis Way
    • Performs mammography and/or assists with biopsies as needed
    • Monitors clinical staffing levels
    • Provides excellent patient care and education to team members
    • Handles patient complaints effectively and escalates as necessary
    • Assists center director in MQSA compliance
    • Ensures compliance with all Policies and Procedures
    • Ensures availability of necessary supplies
    • Coordinates service and maintenance of equipment
    • Acts as a point of contact for physician offices
    • Maintains confidentiality of patient and team member information

    Team Responsibilities:

    • Manages clinical team members ensuring compliance with company policies
    • Maintains positive relationships with clinical team members
    • Monitors staffing levels and ensures appropriate coverage
    • Participates in interviews and onboarding for new team members
    • Communicates coaching and counseling opportunities
    • Completes incident reports as needed
    • Reports harassment or discrimination issues promptly
    • Meets with center director weekly to review activities
    • Participates in performance evaluation discussions annually

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience with RIS/PACS preferred
    • Completion of formal radiologic technology training program
    • Understands and communicates medical terminology
    • Current, non-restricted licensure in state of work location required
    • Current ARRT in Mammography certification or eligible
    • Minimum of two years of healthcare industry experience preferred
    • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred
