Southampton Rehab & Healthcare Center is a 196-bed skilled nursing center that showcases private rooms and offers many accommodations for our patients. It features a beautiful campus that has recently undergone renovations. With a new management team and increased rates, Southampton is not your traditional nursing facility. We seek to grow our employees' experiences and knowledge, which will allow our patients to get well and go home!

Job Description

• Provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents, families, and caregivers
• Maintain resident confidentiality
• Ensure accurate documentation in accordance with provided orders

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in the state of VA
• Ability to provide excellent patient care
