Job Description:
- Transport and position patients for CT procedures
- Perform Computed Tomography procedures independently
- Apply prescribed ionizing radiation for CT diagnosis
- Maintain adequate records of procedures performed
- Serve as a role model for Student Technologists
Requirements:
- Graduation from a training program for Radiologic Technologists
- Active status with the ARRT and licensure by the State of Ohio
- Good working knowledge of cross-sectional and normal anatomy
- Familiarity with CT Scan equipment and necessary procedures
Skills:
- Considerable technical ability and independent judgment
- Ability to concentrate on details with patience and discretion
- Proficiency in handling CT equipment and patient positioning
