Southern Ohio Medical Center (SOMC) in Portsmouth, Ohio is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our established and collegial anesthesia team. Job Description

• Join an established and collegial anesthesia team at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (cases begin at 7:30 a.m.), with hours that may extend past 3:30 p.m. for add-on surgical cases.
• Staffing includes 8 Anesthesiologists and 18 CRNAs.
• Weekday call schedule: 1:5 (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.).
• Weekend call schedule: 1:5 (Friday 7:00 a.m. to Monday 7:00 a.m.) with post-call day off.
• Pay-for-call (CERP) program available.
• Enjoy a diverse and balanced caseload, including General Surgery, Thoracic, Vascular, Obstetrics/Maternity, ENT, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Urology, with minimal Pediatrics and no heads, hearts, or spines.

Compensation & Benefits

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $100,000.
