    Job Description

    • Hospital-owned medical group is seeking a gastroenterologist to be part of a well-established service line and to have an expansion site.
    • The department consists of 3 physicians and 3 nurse practitioners.
    • This position requires ERCP and EUS; advised skills are a plus.
    • Average of 15 outpatient cases on full endoscopy days and 8 outpatient cases on half days.
    • Work week is 5-8 hour days with an average of 2 full endoscopy days, 3 half endoscopy days, and 3 half office days.
    • Call is 1:3 with a minimum of 7 days with the opportunity to take additional days if needed.
    • Typical desired procedures include: Hospital - colonoscopy/EGD/EUS/ERCP and Office - esophageal manometry/video capsule endoscopy/Fibroscan (performed by clinical staff and interpreted by physicians).
    • Group utilizes Cerner EMR; will consider H1B and J1 visas.

    Compensation Package

    • Salary range $185.97 - $317.90 per hour (2-year guarantee then RVUs)
