Job Description
- Transform the lives of children and families in need.
- Balance in-person clinical care with remote administrative tasks.
- Cases are assigned within a 25-mile radius of your home zip code to minimize travel.
- Access free CEUs, ongoing training, and career advancement opportunities.
- Oversee the design and implementation of evidence-based ABA interventions, ensuring clients receive the highest quality of care.
In-Home Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluate progress during scheduled visits.
- Provide hands-on parent training to empower parents with ABA strategies.
- Address urgent behavioral situations to ensure client safety and care continuity.
Remote Responsibilities
- Develop and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Analyze data submitted by Behavior Technicians to assess intervention effectiveness.
- Collaborate with mid-level supervisors and multidisciplinary teams to align treatment goals.
- Maintain detailed clinical records and ensure compliance with organizational and insurance requirements.
Requirements
- Active BCBA Certification: Current and valid certification is required.
- Experience: Prior clinical experience is preferred, but new BCBAs are welcome to apply.
- Educational Background: Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and online tools for data analysis and reporting.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually (based on experience).
