    Are you detail-oriented and customer-focused with excellent organizational skills? Spoonwood Dental Partners and Raynor Dental are looking for a Patient Coordinator to join our dynamic front office team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and ensuring a smooth patient experience. We're currently looking to fill 2 full-time (4 or 5 days a week) positions in our Raynor Dental Peterborough office location.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff
    • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, surgeries, or consultations
    • Utilize office equipment and software applications for report preparation and record management
    • Maintain medical records and correspondence files
    • Greet visitors and assist them in navigating the office
    • Work cooperatively with team members to ensure efficient front office operations

    Qualifications:

    • At least 1 year of customer service experience; dental experience preferred
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Strong communication and computer skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

    Physical Demands:

    • Occasional walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
    • Frequent standing; regular sitting; use of hands to handle items; reaching with hands and arms; talking or hearing
    • Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds; frequently lift up to 10 pounds

    Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • At least 1 year of customer service experience; dental experience preferred
    • On-the-job training provided

    Required Skills:

    We are offering a sign-on bonus of $500 for experienced candidates coming from a dental office.
