Springs Dental is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join our established practice in Saratoga Springs, NY, full-time. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience.

Job Description

• Join an established practice serving the community since 2015
• Work with a team of 3 doctors and 4 part-time hygienists in a facility with 7 operatories
• Manage a patient base of approximately 3,300 with 35-40 new patients per month
• Utilize office equipment including Medit Scanner, Cerec, Wave One, Overjet, etc.
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with an active license in New York, in good standing
• Completion of a residency program in general dentistry preferred
• At least 3-5 years of clinical experience
• Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry with a focus on prevention
• Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with patients
