The SSM Health Dean Medical Group - Whitewater Clinic is actively recruiting an experienced full-time (0.8-1.0 FTE) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Family Medicine department at our Whitewater, WI location. The Family Medicine department consists of 2 physicians and 1 advanced practitioner.

Requirements

• Recent primary care advanced practice experience strongly preferred
• Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• Ability to obtain Wisconsin NP/PA licensure
