Job Description

• Outpatient clinic setting
• Opportunity for part-time 0.6 to full-time at 0.8 FTE
• Clinic is open Monday-Friday, 8a-5p. NO nights/weekends/holidays or call!
• Supporting 2 physicians
• New, state-of-the-art clinic with collaborative space and efficient workflows
• Labs and Imaging onsite
• Benefits available at both 0.6 and 0.8 FTE

Requirements

• Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• Current PA/NP licensure in Illinois
