Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA)

SSM Health Dean Medical Group, a 500+ physician multi-specialty group, is seeking an experienced, full-time Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to join our sleep medicine team at the SSM Health Sleep Center in Madison, Wisconsin.

Job Description

• You will be part of an experienced team of 3 sleep medicine physicians and 2 sleep medicine advanced practitioners.
• Full-time position provides outreach clinic services one day per week.
• No hospital rounding or call associated with this position.
• Interest in treating pediatric sleep patients desired but not mandatory.
• Built in referral base through SSM Health Dean Medical Group, one of the largest multi-specialty, integrated health delivery systems.

SSM Health Sleep Center

• 8-bed (expandable to 10) free-standing, hospital affiliated Sleep Center offers patients private suites and state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment.
• Sleep Center is AASM accredited and has been since 1996.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Wisconsin registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse licensure or certified physician assistant.
