This is a fast-paced Short-Term Rehab Unit.

Job Description

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff.
• Oversee and coordinate patient care activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Participate in staff training and development programs.
• Manage scheduling and staffing levels, including on-call duties.

Requirements

• Active RN/LPN license in the state of Missouri.
• Proven experience in a nursing leadership role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing facility regulations and standards.
• Ability to handle on-call responsibilities effectively.
