    Full-Time RN Unit Manager

    Job Description

    • Oversee higher-risk resident care activities, including infection control measures for wound care, catheter use, incontinence care, skin care, and medication administration.
    • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Assessment (QAA) Committee to enhance care standards and outcomes.
    • Lead infection prevention initiatives and ensure documentation aligns with facility policies.
    • Provide hands-on nursing care while mentoring and supporting staff to deliver exceptional service.
    • Maintain open communication with residents, families, physicians, and the care team.
    • Participate in unit performance improvement programs to continually enhance resident care and satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Active RN license in Ohio.
    • Experience:
      • Preferred: Long-term care and geriatric nursing experience.
      • Supervisory experience is a plus (minimum of 1 year).
      • CPR certification is required.

    Pay Range

    Up to $41/hr.
