Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• LVN/LPN state licensure
• Current physical, MMR vaccine, current PPD, etc.
• Valid CPR certification (Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent
• Background checks, pre-employment & drug screenings required
