Licensed Practical Nurse

StaffHealth is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for our facility in Tucson, AZ. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will report to the Nurse (RN) Manager/Supervisor and will work alongside caregivers to provide high-quality patient care.

Job Description

• Provides direct care to residents in the facility under the direction of nursing staff, primarily for their activities of daily living
• Assists with plan of care and restorative programs
• Completes documentation as required by the facility
• Measures vital signs
• Ensures clear and accurate charting is completed before the end of your shift
• Mandatory 30-minute break; timesheet must be signed by Supervisor on Duty prior to submitting to StaffHealth
• Clean and pressed scrubs required
• Day and night shift available (8-hour shifts)
